By accessing or using YaySpinner (https://yayspinner.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site. It's that simple.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the service — whether you have an account or not.

YaySpinner provides free, web-based randomization tools including:

• Customizable spinner wheels with text, images, and weighted entries
• Random name pickers and team generators
• Pre-made templates for common use cases
• Shareable wheel links for collaboration
• Optional cloud storage for registered users

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that every feature will work perfectly on every device at all times.

You need to be at least 13 years old to use YaySpinner. If you're between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Teachers and educators are welcome to use YaySpinner with their students. The tool is designed with classroom use in mind.

Creating an account is entirely optional. Most features work without one. If you do create an account:

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

When you create wheels on YaySpinner, the content you enter (entry names, images, text) remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your wheel content.

However, if you share a wheel publicly (via a share link or the community gallery), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You can revoke this at any time by making your wheel private or deleting it.

You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights. Don't upload copyrighted material you don't have permission to use.

We keep things pretty open, but there are some ground rules. Don't use {{siteName}} to:

The YaySpinner name, logo, website design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

User-generated wheel content (the stuff you type in) belongs to you. The system that renders and hosts that content belongs to us.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't make warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YaySpinner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

In any case, our total liability to you for all claims related to the service shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater (which, since we're free, is probably $100).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes situations where you violate these terms, abuse the service, or behave in a way that could harm other users.

You can also walk away at any time. If you have an account, you can request deletion by emailing us. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify users — but it's ultimately your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of the jurisdiction where YaySpinner operates.
